Democratic National Convention 2008 UNITY!

At last....at long freaking last...we have party unity. For the last month, I have been hearing about the division between Hilary and her devoted followers and Barck and his minions. It had gotten so bad that I had stopped watching my beloved CNN because I couldnt stomach another conversation about the "great divide."

Well.....{big sigh of relief}, thanks to Hillary tonight, the party heads into these last few months much more unified. Im not saying that things are perfect, but Im more more confident about Obamas chances heading into the final stretch. It will be interesting to see if the Republicans can match the personalities weve seen and will see here in Denver. Certainly it will be hard for Cindy McCain to match Michelles poise and passion. But - we shall see.

Check back here tomorrow as I hope to blog a video of the Convention so far. But now, I can barely keep my eyes open and weve two more exciting days ahead culminating with the Ba-Rock Concert on Thursday! (pssst...by the way, I saw the Black-eyed Peas in the hotel lobby. The drummer told me that theyre playing Thursday. Wow. That makes Springsteen, Bon Jovi, and the Black-eyed Peas. Sound like a hell of final night.
