Capturing Memories from Bump to Baby

Each website owner must take the time to learn the value of using .htaccess. It allows you to customize your site so that it performs optimally throughout all of its applications. One of the ways in which it helps you to run your website much more effectively, is that it enables you to deny access to key areas within the site itself. So, why is this important? For starters, profane website contributors on blogs can cause unrest among your more loyal followers. Also, you need to understand how to deny access to key areas such as administrative sections so that the website cannot be altered without your permission. Denying access prevents �bad bots� from taking hold, and it can deny visitors by referrers.

Deny Access Through .htaccess

If you own a website, then you should be the only one who gets to access administrative areas within the site. If you do not block access, then your webpages can be changed for the worse. Spamming becomes more of a problem under this circumstance as well. Unwanted emails designed to steal personal information are easier to attain when areas of your website grant access to all. People who are unfamiliar with the ways in which spammers work, are often the victims. These same people then unwittingly spread the harmful spam to others.

A profane website visitor not only has the ability to deter legitimate people from using your site, but also the ability to bring negative publicity. Many people owe a great deal of their business success to the opportunities that online ventures afford. It is this potential financial success that sometimes makes people drop their guard, thus allowing profane visitors to proliferate their message. Even though you might not endorse their controversial statements, they will still ward off people that you need in order to remain successful.

Sometimes people try to hack your website by stealing your password and personal identifying information. When this occurs, you must deny access through .htaccess. For example, if you find that one particular webpage becomes compromised more than others, then you must revamp that page or get rid of it altogether. Often, immediately denying access to an offending hacker will allow you to establish a rep for not being easily accessed by criminals.

Programs which visit other websites to steal content, find security weaknesses, and source email addresses, are called bad bots. Bad bots scan a site to procure email addresses, for example. Those email addresses are then used in order to send out mass spamming emails. Most of these contain legitimate-looking business names, and they make realistic requests for money or information.

The elderly are particularly susceptible to this issue because they might forget how to scan for the issues. More serious, however, is the bad bot�s ability to locate security holes by testing different aspects of the website discreetly. Once the security holes are identified, personal information can be stolen with ease. Use .htaccess to deny access to aspects of the site which contain sensitive information. A. Purpose of DPL
1. Trauma

e. Malignant cells in peritoneal washing
B. Case :
�The doctor says I want to do a DPL on this patient. . . What do you need??�
1. Arrow DPL kit (found in each trauma room)
2. Sterile gloves, gown, box of 4x4 gauze, pkg of sterile towels
3. Cleaning agent- Povidone iodine or chlorhexidine
4. Warmed 0.9% saline solution or Ringer�s lactate (physicians choice)
5. Patient labels, requisitions and specimen tubes
a. no. 11 blade and (1) no. 15 blade
6. 1% or 2% lidocaine with epinephrine
C. Preparation and Set-up
1. Obtain appropriate consent
2. Ensure that the child�s stomach and bladder are decompressed
3. If needed place orogastric (OG) or nasogatric (NG) tube to decompress the stomach and a foley to drain the bladder
4. This will avoid puncturing the bladder or bowel.
5. Place child on a full monitor to record vital signs during procedure.
6. Assemble appropriate supplies
7. Establish sterile field
8. Perform �Time-Out�
9. Assist MD by setting up lavage equipment
10. This ensures that the warm fluid is available as soon as catheter is placed and that a closed system is quickly established.
11. Assist with the administration of lidocaine
12. MD performs the initial tap to access the peritoneal space and to assess abdominal pathology.
13. Initial aspirate is drawn, labeled appropriately and sent to the lab.
14. If the tap is dry (no fluid was obtained) a small incision may be made at the linea alba. This will facilitate catheter insertion.
15. After insertion of the catheter IV tubing and fluid are attached. Fluid can be instilled with a syringe or by gravity.
16. 10-20ml/kg to a max of 1L.
17. The fluid is used to rinse the peritoneal cavity.
18. Fluid is drained out of the peritoneal cavity by placing the IV fluid bag in a dependent position
19. After all fluid has been removed the MD will remove the catheter and suture the incision
20. Remove ~20cc fluid from the return, place in specimen tubes and send to lab for analysis
D. How do I know if my DPL is positive??
1. Grossly bloody fluid
2. Red blood cell (RBC) count greater than 100,000/mm3. The threshold may be smaller for a child with penetrating trauma to the abdomen or chest.
3. White blood cell (WBC) count greater than 500/mm3.
4. Presence of bacteria, bile, stool or amylase in the abdominal fluid.
E. If your DPL is positive. . .
1. Prepare the child
2. for the Operating Room
3. A positive DPL indicates intraabdominal injury that requires surgical intervention.

Maka dengan iklas ane beberkan sedetil-detilnya perkara "bagaimana cara kompress file ukuran besar menjadi ukuran kecil". Untuk itu...ane mohon agan baca semuanya dengan seksama, ya gan!

Pendahuluan :

Pada prinsipnya, kompresi file ukuran besar untuk dikecilin adalah sesuatu yang amat sangat beresiko....nape ane bilang gitu? Soalnya kebanyakan hasil dari hasil kompresan tersebut bisa dibilang kagak terlalu memuaskan hasilnya. Itu sebabnya ane bilang sangat beresiko...resiko waktu yang terbuang percuma, resiko makan source banyak di kompi dan lain-lainnya. Apalagi kalu ngompresnya pake KGB Archiver yang kebanyak hasil kompresinya rusak semua alias corrupt.

Kalau gitu pake aplikasi apaan dong sampe bisa ngompres file video yang ane bahas di thread diatas yang gedenya sebesar 650mb bisa menjadi cuma 7mb?
Jawabannya adalah bukan pake KGB archiver! lalu...pakai aplikasi apa dong? Oke dah...kita cekibrot aja langsung ye gan .

Oke, kita langsung aja ke intinya. Dibawah ini ane uraikan langkah-langkah pengompresannya, gan! Dan screenshot yang ane lampirin ini adalah screenshot waktu ane ngompres file ISO dari Windows_XP_64Bit (yang gedenya 3.6 gb), yang pada dasar sama dengan proses kompresi file AVI dariVideo Cara Buat Website Untuk Pemula. Jadi cara-cara dibawah ini sama dengan cara yang ane gunain untuk ngompres file video AVI pada thread yang ane sebut di atas.

Yang perlu diperhatikan disini, pertama :nggak semua file video atau file iso atau file lainnya bisa di kompres sampe ukuran kecil dengan trick ini. kedua : tutorial kompres yang ane jelasin dibawah ini merupakan salah satu trik dari sekian banyak trik ngompres pake winrar.

Jadi kesimpulannya, selain dengan trik yang ada dibawah ini, ada banyak lagi trik-trik lain untuk ngompres file jadi kecil banget.
